Independence and evidence
Reviews identify whether a statement comes from an owner, manufacturer, or outside reviewer. We do not turn isolated incidents into model-wide statistics or imply that an unverified observation is a controlled measurement.
Commercial relationships
Amazon commerce links can earn us a commission. They do not determine model selection or editorial conclusions. We disclose relevant relationships with interview subjects and would identify any supplied review unit, gift, payment or loan if one were involved.
Privacy and photo rights
We publish only the owner name they approve. We omit private contact information, addresses, receipt details and appliance serial numbers. Images are selected with owner permission.
Updates
Substantive corrections and follow-up reports will carry a dated update note. Current interviews reflect each owner’s experience through September 2026.
How the editorial policy applies to a review
For example, a single owner’s report of no repair is a statement about that unit during a stated ownership period. We will not describe it as a model-wide reliability result. In addition, a quoted outside test remains attributed to its publisher, and an appliance specification remains attributed to the manufacturer.
